Why cheese have holes?asked Albert

Once upon a time, in a cozy apartment in Sydney, there lived a little teddy bear named Albert. Albert was a soft, fluffy bear with a big heart and an insatiable curiosity. He lived with his mummy, who adored him more than anything in the world. They loved spending time together, especially watching their favorite show, Tom and Jerry. Every evening, after dinner, Albert and his mummy would snuggle up on the couch with a warm blanket, a bowl of popcorn, and a big plate of cheese slices. Albert loved cheese more than anything, almost as much as Jerry, the mischievous mouse from their favorite show. Whenever Tom and Jerry came on the screen, Albert's eyes would light up with excitement. One day, as they were watching another hilarious episode, Albert noticed something peculiar. He saw Jerry running around with a piece of cheese full of holes. Albert looked down at the cheese slices on his plate and saw that some of them had holes too. This made him very curious. "Mummy," Albert said, tugging gently at her sleeve, "why does cheese have holes in it?" His mummy smiled, always ready to answer his endless questions. "Well, Albert," she began, "those holes in the cheese are called 'eyes.' They form when the cheese is being made." Albert's eyes widened. "But how do they get there?" "You see," his mummy explained, "when cheese is made, bacteria are added to the milk. These bacteria help to turn the milk into cheese, and as they do, they produce carbon dioxide gas. This gas forms bubbles in the cheese, and when the cheese is cut, the bubbles create holes or 'eyes.'" Albert nodded thoughtfully, trying to picture tiny bubbles forming inside the cheese. "So, the holes are like the cheese breathing?" "That's right, darling," his mummy said with a chuckle. "In a way, you could say that." Albert grinned, feeling very pleased with this new piece of knowledge. "I think that's pretty cool," he declared. "And it makes the cheese even more fun to eat!" His mummy laughed and gave him a big hug. "I'm glad you think so, my little bear." As the episode ended, Albert and his mummy continued munching on their cheese, both feeling happy and content. Albert was grateful for his mummy, who always took the time to answer his questions and teach him new things. From that day on, every time Albert saw cheese with holes, he would remember the story of how the cheese "breathes," and it always made him smile. And whenever they watched Tom and Jerry, he felt a special connection to Jerry, knowing that they both shared a love for cheese, holes and all. And so, in their cozy apartment in Sydney, Albert and his mummy continued to enjoy their evenings together, filled with laughter, love, and the occasional question about the wonders of the world.
